Here is what you must do before your funds can be transferred to you. 

Please be advised as follow(s):

ACCOUNT OPTIONS:

With reference to our last e-mail, please be informed that our assistance to you in this
transaction: transferring of your prize from the escrow account of the central bank
(De Nederlandsche Bank) to your local account in your country or sending you a certified
check, will be for you to open a new account in our bank to aid the transfer of your prize.
This is pertinent because your prize is still domiciled in the escrow account of the Central
Bank of Netherlands (De Nederlandsche Bank).

Your funds will remain there, in the escrow account, until you open this new account with us
to receive your funds from the escrow account for onward remittance to your local account in
your country or sending you a certified check. 

Be informed that funds domiciled in a escrow account cannot be transferred to a beneficiary's
account nor deducted from, until the representing bank (Laagste Heypotheekofferte Bank. N.L.
in this instance) formally opens a new account in favor of the beneficiary her bank to receive
the funds from the Central Bank for onward transmission of a certified check to the beneficiary
in his or her country. 

Note: This account opening measure is a statutory measure put in place by a new fiscal policy
from the central bank to screen all funds remittance from The Netherlands to countries in
European Union and the world. 

Furthermore, if you have to come to our office in person to claim your prize, you will spend nothing
less than €11,800.00, upfront, for logistics payments for the transfer of your prize excluding air-ticket
and hotel accommodation. 

However, if we represent you, you will expend just €464.92 for the cost of logistics and to effect the
transfer of your prize from here to your account in your country; and this option is to open a new
account with us. 

WE HAVE TWO OPTIONS (ACCOUNTS): the 'Premium Savings account' and the ‘Premium Current
account'. With the ‘Premium Savings Account’ you can transfer any amount from $100.00 - $100,000.00
per week, while the ‘premium Current account’ will allow you transfer as much as $100,000.00 - 
$1,000,000.00 per week.   Note: if you do not have either of these accounts, with our bank, you cannot
use this bank to transfer your prize to your local account in your country. Secondly, the cost of logistics
can not be deducted from your prize, it must be paid upfront by you (the beneficiary of the prize).

DETAILS OF THE MID AND COST OF LOGISTICS: 

The Minimum Initial Deposit (MID) for the 'Premium Savings account' and 'Premium Current account
 are free. However, you are required to pay the sum of €464.92 (Four Hundred and Sixty-Four Euros,
Ninety Cents) as cost of logistics: this include the fees for the processing of your claim, notarization,
payment of stamp duties, and cost of signing the 'remittance-advice' for the release of your funds from
the Central Bank's escrow Account (EA) into your new account with us.

i). Stamp Duties                                              :   € 24.80.
ii). Cost of signing the remittance advice (RA):   €252.91.
iii). Notarization                                              :   €106.21.
iv). Claim processing                                      :   €  81.00.
Total                                                               :   €464.92. 

Open either of the account with the following information:

i). fill the account opening forms attached to this email and return same to us by email attachment
or fax (+3184)*** ****.

ii) Because of the deadline imposed on this transaction by the Central Bank and the Lottery Company,
we want you to send the payment for the cost of logistics to the Head-of-our-Account Department:
Jacob Miller. Send the money to him with the following information.  

Name: Jacob Miller.
Address: Karspeldreef 6A, 1101 CJ, Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

All you need do is to go to the nearest WESTERN UNION office or MONEYGRAM  office in your locality
and send the money (€464.92) to the above mentioned information as soon as possible.

iii). after we receive the payment, your new account will be open within 12-hours, and your
'account statement' will be processed and sent to you after we credit your new account with
your prize from the escrow account of the Central Bank.

iv). after that, we will require another 48-hours to send you the certified check for the total amount
of your money. 

Those are the basic requirements for the release of your funds: first it will be transferred from
the central Bank's escrow account to your new account here, and lastly, be transferred into your local
account in your country.
