'Fr
Raymond Wright' (Parish Priest at Emmanuels Catholic
Church) advises that the late Dr Papa Ishwards Hotchand Mahtani has bequeathed $950,000... The voluptuous Czechoslovakian lady Cortya Outson corresponds with him and persuades 'Barrister Godwin' (who is dealing with the legal aspects of the bequest) to complete a 7-page psychological profile (see left) originating from the fictitious dating agency 'Large Czechs Online'. The bait culminates with a Voodoo Curse! Featuring Barrister Garfield (dismissed for incompetence), Barrister Godwin (Barrister Garfield's replacement), the rival fake scammer Barrister Aubergine Christopher, faked documents and more! Cortya's emails are in black (to Fr Wright) and green (to Barristers Garfield and Godwin). Fr Wright's emails are in blue and the Barristers' are in red. |

My details are: ADDRESS: 2816 Chouteau Avenue, St Louis, Missouri, MO63103, TEL: 314 *** **** FAX 314 *** **** I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. | From: Nat West Bank (Barrister
Timothy Garfield) to Cortya Outson 5 December Attention: Miss Cortya Outson. Re:Bequest Payment. Your email dated 4th.December 2005 has been received by this department.(Legal Department) You are to procure two important claim documents from the probate division of the UK High Court to enable the immediate release of the bequest fund to you as the legitimate beneficiary. These documents include; 1.Affidavit of claim certificate and Since you are resident in USA,you will either travel down here to process the release of these documents or you will instruct me being your representative attorney to to process for the release of the documents on your bahalf. The Accounts/Telex wire department of this bank would immediatly effect the transfer of the bequest fund into your nominated bank account as soon as these documents are presented to them. This is in accordance to inheritance release ACT of the United Kingdom. The procurement of the documents would attract some court charges. [ of course... ] Thanks for your co-operation. Yours Sincerely, Barriter Timothy Garfield.ESQ(LLB.LLM.BL) |

| From: Cortya Outson to Fr Wright 5 December Dear Fr Wright I have today received an email from the Legal Unit at Natwest Bank, requesting an Affidavit of Claim Certificate and a Letter of Administration. I assume that I will need to hire a lawyer to sort this out, as I have no legal training whatsoever. Should I travel to the UK to process the release of the documents, or should I leave it to Barrister Garfield to deal with? The email mentions that procurement of these documents would incur some costs - perhaps it would be better if I travelled to the UK, then I could personally thank you for your assistance with all this. Is Liverpool very far from London? I would like to meet you very much. May I call you Ray? Fr Wright sounds so formal. Do you think that the bequest will be released before Christmas? If so, I can start buying some really nice gifts for my family and friends. I am a little concerned that my original email was sent to ***@yahoo.com, but the reply came from ***@***.net - is this OK? I don't want anything to go wrong with this transaction, as I'm sure you can appreciate. Best regards Miss Cortya Outson |
|
| From: Fr Wright to Cortya Outson 7 December Cortya Dear, I am very sorry for the delay in emailing you back.I have been so busy with church activities as i'm presently organizing a crusade in central london. As
regards your questions, the email you received are all from
the same
office.(Legal Unit of Natwest Bank). The email account There
is no need hiring a lawyer to obtain the needed paperworks

Do email back the lawyer immediatly and let him know that you want him to proceed with the procurement of the paperworks on your behalf. Also tell him that you will travel down to london after the paperworks has been procured to receive the bequest. You can call me Ray as you wish.We are all the same and equal in the eye of God. Hidden in him, Fr.Wright. |

Cortya gets assertive... ] From: Cortya Outson to Barrister Garfield 7 December Good evening Tim (do you mind me calling you that?) Might I say that I thought you had been hired on behalf of
Fr Raymond Wright to sort out all the legal implications of
my bequest. You have already stated that fees will be incurred
for the procurement of the aforementioned documents, and I
am happy to pay those fees. |

| From: Cortya Outson to Fr Wright 7 December Hi Ray I like 'Cortya Dear'... would you like to see a photo of me? I feel you like me and I could like you too... I know you are a man of God, but all men have needs and I am 100% a lady. How's the crusade going? I wish you the best of luck with this and a faith in God is most important. Thank you for clarifying the position with the email addresses. I am sorry for querying this, but I am sure you'll appeciate that a single girl has to be very cautious nowadays, particularly with all the scams that I hear about on the internet. I am glad that I do not need to hire a lawyer,
as quite frankly, I would have to use the company one and
he charges a fortune just to look at him! I am impressed
that Tim is a Knight of St Columbus - many that I have worked
with have endeavoured to attain this level of faith, but
all have been disappointed. Let me know about the photo - I've had one taken specially for you. Perfectly visible in Him |

| From: Fr Wright to Cortya Outson 7 December Brethren, I have trried to call your phone but it seems its disconnected.Do you have a cell phone? I hope you got my first email. Hoping that you will act as i adviced. Fr.Wright. |
|
| From: Cortya Outson to Fr Wright 7 December Hi Ray About my telephone number - it works OK at my end. I received four business calls last night, no problem. Are you adding the code for United Kingdom to Missouri? Perhaps there's something wrong with your telephone system. I have heard that the phone system in the UK isn't very good. Did you have something important to tell me? Or did you just want a chat? Please try again whenever you wish - I would love to hear from you. Cortya |

Cortya Outson 8 December Attention: Ms.Cortya Outson I did contact the court for the legal documents. See attached file for a copy of the Probate Claim form which you are expected to fill out and return back to the court. I have all the information needed to fill out the form on your behalf but i do not know your choice to receive the bequest.Your bank account details to which the bequest would be transfered to is important if you want the bequest to be transfered by bank wire transfer. The claim number for your claims is CLAIM NO:HMCS/SR/67197/05. The court has requested for an oath and stamp duty fee of $2870 from you. This fee should be paid alongside submission of the probate claim form. The court does not accept this payment from any other person other than the direct beneficiary of the bequest. This means that you can not send this payment through me but directly to the court. Send this payment to the court by western union money transfer with the infomation below: Receivers Name: Jennifer Smart, (Court Accountant), Address: London,United Kingdom Send the money transfer control number (MTCN) of the court fee directly to the court with the email ***@yahoo.co.uk. The legal documents would be released to me as soon as you send the fee and the form submitted back to the court. Its my obligation to give you the legal services.I'm not intrested more in my vacation but wish that you receive the bequest in good time to enable you to start making use of it as demanded by Papa Mahtani. Yours Sincerely, Timothy Garfield.ESQ |

I advice you to be patient with the lawyer. He is a very sound one and know much about civil and inheritance claims. The crusade is going on fine.I could travel to Scotland very soon for a seminar.I hope to see you before my trip.Maybe when you will be coming to receive the bequest. to Barrister Garfield 8 December Dear Tim Thank you for obtaining the Probate Claim from the court.
Did you inform the court that I need the documents urgently
to enable me to obtain the bequest fund presently held with
your Bank? Did you also tell the court that I will either
visit them personally Please complete the form on my behalf and send it to the court. Please arrange for the bequest to be paid into the following account: National Bank of Missouri (NBM), A/C C Outson, A/C # 0056399-51 I would be grateful if you could send me a scanned copy
of the completed form for my records. Please let me know
when the court has received the probate request and then
I can send the required fees. Regards, Cortya Outson |

| From: Cortya Outson
to Fr Wright 8 December My Dear Ray It is wonderful that God has spoken to you, but why are you going to ignore His commands? If He has commanded that we love one another, perhaps it's best to do as He says? I was born on 5 March 1979 - I attach a photograph that I have had taken especially for you. I hope you like it. I bet you keep photographs of all the girls you write to in that album of yours!!! I would very much like a photograph of you, too - do you have to wear one of those white dog collars? If so, perhaps you could wear it in the pic! However, if you really are not permitted to enter into relationships, perhaps you could send me details of a few God-fearing potential husbands that are available. Would they be local boys from Liverpool? I once met a man from Liverpool who visited my sister and I could hardly understand his accent! There's no problem with the lawyer - my firmness with him
appears to have paid off. Not only has he obtained the Probate
Claim form from the court on my behalf, he's even offered to
complete it for me! No doubt this will cost a little more in
the end, but I think I can easily afford it now. I have asked
him to send me a scanned copy of the completed form for my
records, on receipt of which I just need to send some fees
to the court and they'll release the legal documents. You sound so busy with your crusade, what are you crusading about? I've always wanted to visit Scotland, you're so lucky! Up the God Almighty, Cortya x |

MO 63103 as my complete address. |

| From: Cortya Outson
to Fr Wright 9 December Dearest Ray Your crusade is surely most spiritual and no
doubt appreciated greatly by all it reaches. Barrister
Timothy is up to his old tricks again - that Probate form
he completed on my behalf is riddled with errors. Anyway,
I've told him the position and asked him to correct it -
I have left him with no doubt about my disappointment with
him. These guys charge a fortune - they should pay a little
more attention to what they're doing. If this poor level
of professionalism continues, perhaps we should consider
hiring someone else? |
|
From:
Fr Wright to Cortya Outson I have received complaints from Mr.Timothy.I also received the emails you forwarded to me which was originally meant for Timothy. I
have a previous document signed by Mr.Timothy.I took a
very close look at it and compared it with the signature
he signed at the court form and found out that they are
exactky the same. Mr.Timothy was only called to be a legal
adviser to National You should not entertain fears as all are in the right position.Do not delay the bequest payment further.Try and send the fees to the court so that they can release the paperworks in good time. I would snap a picture specially for you tomorrow morning and will try to send it to you as demanded. Yours in his service, Fr.Ray |
|
From:
Barrister Garfield to Cortya Outson Someone's signature must not contain his initials. The signature i signed is my correct signature.I am a lawyer and know more more protocols than you.The court would not process the claim if i did not use my real signature. This they can always check on my police profile and records. I am a legal adviser to National Westminister Bank Ltd.This is just an appiontment.I have my private law firm which is registered with the British Bar association.I have filled this firm in the form as that is what is demanded by the court. Be informed that your detailed contact address is already with the court in the first application i sent to them. The one in the form should searve as a reminder. The most important information needed by the court in this form is your bank account details and i have filled this correctly.I advice you to be more formal while addressing me. Yours Sincerely, Timothy Garfield.ESQ |
|
From:
Fr Wright to Cortya Outson I'm seriously against the email you sent to the court speaking against Mr.Timothy.You should have contacted me first before making such move.I am not happy with that at all. The court demanded for the solicitors legal firm and not place of work in the court form.It is right for Mr.Timothy to fill his private law firm as the firm is known to the UK judiciary already to be owened by Mr.Timothy. I am not speaking good of Mr.Timothy but the honest truth as demanded by God our creator.Do not delay the release of this bequest further. Fr.Ray |

| From:
Cortya Outson to Barrister Garfield 10 December For the attention of Barrister Timothy Garfield Esq. Knight of St Columbus Dear Sir I accept your explanation concerning my full address and the firm for which you work and I am sorry if you feel that I have been unreasonable. However, the explanation that you have provided concerning your signature is utter nonsense. I was not querying the fact that your signature did not contain your initials - I was pointing out that the name clearly is not 'Garfield'. I would like an answer to a simple question: what is the name that you have signed on the certificate? To make it easier for you to understand, I have attached an enlargement of the signature. I am most surprised that the court accepts this as your signature, as it is obvious that it does not relate to your name. Whilst I may not know as many protocols as you, I DO have my own business and I know that I have to be very careful indeed when dealing with legal matters. I would also appreciate a copy of your company business card or letterhead - please write 'specimen' across it first to prevent any fraudulent misuse. I have tried to be a little more formal, as you advised. I also attach a picture of myself, as a goodwill gesture and to promote customer relations. Faithfully yours, Cortya Outson |
|
| From: Cortya Outson
to Fr Wright 10 December Dearest Ray I have sent Barrister Timothy Garfield, Knight of St Columbus an email today. I do not doubt that you have found a previous signature of his which resembles the one on the Probate Claim - that just goes to show that he makes a habit of signing in someone else's name. The fact remains that the signature clearly does not read 'Garfield' and I await his advice as to what the name he has used on the document actually is. Anyway, let's put all this seriousness behind us for a while!
I very much look forward to receiving your photograph soon
and I sincerely hope you're smiling and wearing a dog collar!
I wrote to Austine yesterday, but I have not heard from him
yet. If he's also a Barrister, I guess he's very busy - does
he know Barrister Timothy Garfield, Knight of St Columbus? |
|
| From: Barrister
Garfield to Cortya Outson 10 December Attention; Miss Cortya Outson, I sign it that way to avoid people from forging it.The court has not rejected it while you.You dont have the legal right to question my personal signature. It would mean encroaching into my privacy if you do. You are free to find another attorney if you wish. Sincerely, Timothy Garfield.Esq |
|
| From:
Fr Wright to Cortya Outson 10 December Cortya, I can see you are not comfortable with the services of Mr.Garfield.I can help you find another lawyer. The lowest prize you can pay for one here is 1500 pounds as retainaship. This would be equivalent to 3000 dollars. The choice is yours. Fr.Ray |
|
| From:
Cortya Outson to Barrister Garfield 10 December FAO Barrister Timothy Garfield Esq. Knight of St Columbus Dear Sir How ingenious of you to spell your name completely differently to 'Garfield' to avoid forgeries - I must remember to try that myself! Of course, this is utter rubbish. You are a disgrace to your profession. If I am paying for legal services, I have every right to query a signature if it looks nothing like the name it purports to be. I will indeed find another attorney and sincerely hope that Fr Wright ceases
hiring you forthwith - Knight of St Columbus or not. |

to Majesty Crown Court 10 December Dear Mr Perry CLAIM # HMCS/SR/67197/05 Further to my earlier email, please note that I have had to dispense with the services of Barrister Timothy Garfield of Walpole Solicitors. As I previously indicated, he is a complete fool - he cannot even spell his own name. I suggest that if you receive any further legal documents signed by him, you check his signature very, very carefully. I will shortly be hiring a new legal representative. If you should receive any further correspondence from Timothy Garfield, please ignore it. I will advise you of my new lawyer's details as soon as possible. Regards, Cortya Outson |
|
| From: Cortya Outson
to Fr Wright 10 December Dearest Ray You are right - I am most uncomfortable with the services of Barrister Garfield and I have told him so. I would be grateful if you could find another lawyer to represent us, preferably one who can spell his own name this time. Did you get Timothy on some special 'cut-price' deal? The cost is of no importance to me - I will be rich soon anyway. Perhaps Austine could be hired? I wait to hear from you - perhaps you could also send my your photograph and details of your preferred Christmas present? 2-4-6-8, who do we appreciate? Jesus! Regards, Cortya Outson |

to Fr Wright 11 December Dear Ray I think you're taking me for an idiot, Ray. Barrister Timothy was quite prepared to carry out the initial work without his fees being paid in advance (although perhaps he's just happy to find any work at all, judging by his obvious lack of ability). I will endeavour to pay the required amount on Monday. Please advise me of the recipient's address. It has not gone unnoticed by me that you do not seem as Christian or as friendly as you did last week. I hope the difficulties we have both encountered with Barrister Timothy have not tainted our friendship. Please send me your photograph as soon as possible. Gloria in Excelsis! Cortya Outson |

to Fr Wright 13 December Hi Ray Sorry about the delay - I've been a little busy with business matters in the last two days. I have sent the fees to your secretary and I attach the details. Let's hope you can find a new barrister and get all this sorted out by Christmas - do you think that that is still possible? Have you had your photograph taken yet? I can't wait to see you... Please let me know what you would like as a gift - there's
less than two weeks left. |
|
| From:
Fr Wright to Cortya Outson 12 December Cortya I could hardly open the file. Can you resend it? It is simpler for you to give me the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) for the transfer so that my secreatary can collect the fee at western union office. The MTCN is always a ten digit number attached to every transfer by western union. I am sure this can be sorted out before Xmas. All that is needed is to obtain the letter of administration from the court and you will just fly down to receive the bequest or have it transfered to you as soon as you want. My picture would be ready by tomorrow.I will send it to you as soon as i have it scanned. Fr.Ray |

Cortya ignores the Western Union instructions
and sends a company cheque instead...
] From: Cortya Outson to Fr Wright 15 December Dear Ray I am sorry that you could not open the details I sent you - perhaps the attachment was too large. I have attached a smaller version to this email which should be OK. Please find a good barrister as soon as possible - if we want this to be finalised before Christmas we will need to hurry. Unfortunately I haven't received your photograph yet - I am a little disappointed
as you assured me that I would have it by now. And you STILL haven't told me
what you would like as your thank you/Christmas gift! I do not want to embarrass
you, but I would be happy to spend in the region of $300 - surely there's something
that you or your church could use. Let me know as soon as possible. |

Fr Wright to Cortya Outson 15 December Cortya Please
this check can not be cashed in UK.I have asked you to send the
money
by western union money transfer. How do you expect a scan
copy check to
be
cashed in london????? In Christ, Fr.Smith [ ? ] |
|
| From: Cortya Outson
to Fr Wright 15 December Dear Ray You are a silly priest! Of course I do not expect you to cash the scanned copy - I have sent the check by international courier to Elizerbeth Roy at the address you gave me: 12 Acton Road, London, United Kingdom. It was sent on 13 December, and it should take between 3-5 working days to reach her - so I cannot cash the check myself! As for Garfield, I would not believe a word he says. As you can see, the check has been drawn on my company business account. I asked the company accountant if payment could be made through Western Union, but he refused as he said it was company policy not to use that type of money transfer procedure. So all I could do was ask for a company check which you will receive soon. If it helps, I could cancel the check and ask the accountant to issue one in Great British Pounds. I calculate $2,500 to be £1,418. I would be prepared to round this up to £1,450 to cover any administration fees that may be charged by your secretary's bank. Please confirm as soon as possible that this is OK - I am beginning to think that you are purposely trying to find problems to avoid releasing the funds. If you could send your photograph and details of the gift you would like, that would be excellent. In Dulce Jubilo! Cortya Outson |
